Customisation
Each style is a starting point. Fabric, colour, print, labels and packaging are adapted to your specifications.
Fabric weight to your specification, on a jersey, piqué or fleece base, with collars, cuffs and hems adapted to your tech pack.
Colours matched to your Pantone references, with lab dips submitted for approval before production. Timing is confirmed in the quotation.
Screen printing in house with water-based inks, up to six colours on light garments and five on dark garments. Printing is quoted separately from the garment.
Woven labels and hangtags to your artwork. A plain polybag and an export carton are included, and branded packaging is quoted separately.
Sampling and Ordering
Every programme starts with a development sample and a written quotation. Bulk production starts after the pre-production sample is approved.
5 to 7 business days for standard constructions, 7 to 10 business days from a full tech pack. Sample terms are stated in the quotation.
1,000 pieces per style and colour, across the size range. There is no minimum per individual size.
