Quality and Compliance

Quality at Every Stage

Quality is built into every stage of production, not left to final inspection. Every order runs through six control points, and the buyer receives the results before shipment.

Quality Control

Six Control Points on Every Order

  1. 01

    Fabric receipt

Every fabric lot is inspected under the 4-point system. Weight (GSM), width and shade are checked against the approved swatch under D65 light, and a wash test checks shrinkage. Fibre origin is documented for every lot.

  2. 02

    Cutting

Cut panels are checked against the pattern and the size set before they go to the sewing lines.

  3. 03

    In-line

Line supervisors inspect work in progress on each sewing line, so a fault is corrected at the operation that made it.

  4. 04

    End of line

Every finished garment is checked piece by piece at the end of the sewing line.

  5. 05

    Finishing and packing

Measurements are checked against the specification after pressing, and every packed garment passes a needle detector.

  6. 06

    Final inspection

Before shipment, each order undergoes final inspection in accordance with ISO 2859-1, general inspection level II. A rejected lot is sorted piece by piece, corrected and submitted for inspection again.

Final Inspection

Standard and Acceptance Levels

Finished orders are sampled under the international standard for inspection by attributes. The levels below apply unless the buyer's quality manual or the order confirmation sets others, which then govern.

Documentation

Results Shared Before Shipment

A QC report with photographs and measurement data is shared with the buyer before every shipment. The buyer's own team or an appointed inspection company is welcome at the factory for inspection before shipment.

  • QC report with photographs and measurement data
  • Fibre-origin declaration for every fabric lot
  • Test reports for applicable restricted substances under REACH
  • Production status updates throughout the order
  • Third-party inspection welcome on every order

Before Production Starts

Bulk production starts only after the buyer approves the pre-production sample.

The approved sample and specification remain the reference throughout production and at every control point.
