Manufacturing
Manufacturing from Fabric Roll to Carton
TEXIVOS manufactures cotton knitwear for private label programmes in one factory in Al-Lairamoun Industrial City, Aleppo. Cutting, sewing, printing, finishing, inspection and packing all run on site, and every stage is confirmed in writing.
Production Workflow
From Inquiry to Delivery
Eight stages, each confirmed in writing, so the buyer always knows where the order stands.
-
01
Inquiry
Share your requirements: product, quantity, fabric weight, colours and print. TEXIVOS reviews feasibility and replies within 8 business hours. No order commitment is required at this stage.
-
02
Quotation
A written quotation states the specification, the price, the lead time, the route and the delivery terms. Typical production lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from sample approval.
-
03
Sample
A development sample is made and sent for review: 5 to 7 business days for standard constructions, 7 to 10 business days from a full tech pack. Fit, fabric, colour and construction are adjusted before approval.
-
04
Approval
Bulk production starts only after the buyer approves the pre-production sample in writing. The approved sample and specification remain the reference for the order. Timing is confirmed in the quotation.
-
05
Production
Fabric is inspected and relaxed, then cut, sewn, printed and finished on site. Quality checks run at every stage, and production status updates are shared every week.
-
06
Final inspection
Before shipment, each order undergoes final inspection in accordance with ISO 2859-1. A QC report with photographs and measurement data is shared with the buyer before dispatch.
-
07
Packing and dispatch
Goods are packed to the buyer's specification and dispatched under the delivery terms agreed in the order confirmation.
-
08
Delivery
By sea or by road to markets in Europe, the United Kingdom and the Gulf. Every quotation states the route, the transit time and the delivery terms.
The Factory Floor
Six Departments in One Building
Nothing leaves the building between the first cut and the sealed carton.
Fabric preparation
Every fabric lot is inspected on receipt and relaxed before cutting, so garments hold their measurements.
Cutting
Markers are planned digitally and cut on an automated cutting line, for accurate and repeatable panels.
Sewing
Three sewing lines dedicated to knitwear, with lockstitch, overlock and interlock machines and specialised stations for plackets, buttonholes and bartacks.
Printing
Screen printing in house with water-based inks, on an automatic press with six print heads and a tunnel dryer.
Finishing
Steam pressing, measurement check, folding, and labels and hangtags to the buyer's artwork.
Inspection and packing
Needle detection on every packed garment, final inspection, and cartons marked to the buyer's instructions.
Fabrics
Selected to Specification
Cotton knit fabrics are sourced through approved suppliers, selected to the buyer's specification and quality standards. Fibre origin is documented for every fabric lot. The weights shown on the product pages are the standard programme; other weights are developed to specification.
Jersey
For T-shirts, from light jersey to heavyweight 240 GSM.
Piqué
For polo shirts. Selected for structure, recovery and a consistent surface across production runs.
Fleece and French terry
For sweatshirts and hoodies. Selected for pile consistency and a clean outer face.
