This policy explains what TEXIVOS does with the personal details you send through texivos.com. The website is addressed to professional buyers. It carries no advertising and sets no tracking cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not identify visitors.

Who Is Responsible

What We Collect

The inquiry form

Your name, company and email address, your message, and what you choose to add: country of delivery, product family, estimated quantity, fabric weight, printing, delivery window and a tech pack file.

Email

When you write to one of our addresses, your email address and the content of your message.

Technical data

Our hosting provider processes the address of your device, your browser type and the date and time of your visit in order to deliver the pages and protect the website. TEXIVOS does not use these data to identify visitors.

Visit count

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views: the page opened, the page that led to it, the browser and device type, the country and the loading time. It sets no cookie and builds no visitor profile.

The fields marked Required are needed to answer you. All other fields are optional.

Why We Use It

We use your details to answer your request, prepare a quotation, develop samples and, if you place an order, to carry it out. The basis is the steps taken at your request before a contract, the contract itself, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping the website secure.

We do not sell your details, we do not use them for advertising, and we send no newsletter. No decision is taken about you by automated means.

Inside TEXIVOS, only the staff who handle inquiries, orders and quality read your details. Outside TEXIVOS, they pass through the service providers that run the website, the inquiry form and our mail:

Where It Is Processed

TEXIVOS is established in the United Arab Emirates and manufactures in Syria, and its service providers operate in several countries, including the United States. The details you send are therefore processed outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. They are handled under this policy wherever they are processed.

Where a service provider transfers personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and on the United Kingdom addendum to them, both included in our agreements with Cloudflare, Cloudinary and Hostinger. Cloudflare is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. You may ask us for a copy of these safeguards at [email protected].

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and the form and any attached file are sent encrypted. An uploaded tech pack is reached through a private link that is sent to our mailbox only. Access to our mailboxes is limited to the staff who need it.
