Guide
From Sample to Bulk Order
Sampling is where a design becomes a garment that can be produced the same way a thousand times. Each stage ends with an approval, and nothing moves forward without it.
Four Stages, Four Approvals
| No. | Stage | What happens | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Development sample | A first sample is made and sent for review. Fit, fabric, colour and construction are adjusted until you approve. | 5 to 7 business days for standard constructions, 7 to 10 business days from a full tech pack |
| 02 | Colour approval | Colours are matched to your Pantone references. Lab dips are submitted for your approval before production. | Timing is confirmed in the quotation. |
| 03 | Pre-production sample | The final reference for the order. Bulk production starts only after you approve it in writing. | Timing is confirmed in the quotation. |
| 04 | Bulk production | Fabric is inspected and relaxed, then cut, sewn, printed and finished on site. Production status updates are shared every week. | Typically 4 to 6 weeks from sample approval, confirmed in each quotation |
Sample terms are stated in the quotation.
The Approved Sample Is the Reference
The approved sample and specification remain the reference throughout production and at every quality control point. When a question comes up on the line, the answer is the sample you signed.
