What to Send for a Quotation
A quotation is only as precise as the brief behind it. Five details are enough to start. A full tech pack makes the sample closer to your design at the first attempt.
Five Details Are Enough to Start
- The product: T-shirt, polo shirt, sweatshirt or hoodie, and the fit.
- The fabric weight, in GSM, or the garment you want to match.
- The quantity per style and per colour.
- The print, if any: position, size and number of colours.
- The delivery window.
A tech pack helps but is not required.
What a Full Tech Pack Adds
With a full tech pack, the sample is made to your own specification, not to our standard construction.

| Fabric | Knit type and weight. |

| Labels and hangtags | Artwork and placement. |
| Packing | Folding, polybag and carton instructions. |
How to Send It
Use the inquiry form or write to [email protected]. The form accepts PDF, ZIP, JPG, PNG, AI and EPS files up to 10 MB. For larger files, add a download link in your message.
What You Receive
We reply within 8 business hours. The written quotation states the specification, the price, the lead time, the route and the delivery terms in one document. No order commitment is required at this stage.
